Unfortunately, my recorder decided to misbehave, so I did not get the recording of KSWD’s new identity as Emma 94.1. At the very least, I will get an aircheck of that station at some point and post it here next time I get to posting airchecks of the 94.1 frequency. In the meantime, we’re in Eugene for a couple of weeks, and listening to their AC station, 94.5 Mix FM. At the time of this recording, this station’s owner wasn’t streaming anything, so I wanted to hear particularly this station. We’ve already heard what this company is capable of, as they also own the country station we’ve heard in Eugene. Later on, I decided I wanted more of this station than the 30 minutes or so this clip runs unscoped, which is why there are two more airchecks of this station we will hear in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the station’s air signal anymore, but they do stream now, and last time I heard them, they sounded pretty similar to what you hear in this clip.
