Today, it’s another aircheck of Portland’s Wolf, KWJJ. This is a longer clip than the last one, and features afternoon host Tim Taylor. I think my mindset here was to get one last aircheck of a heritage station before leaving the market, as I knew I was going to be back in Seattle in a few weeks and didn’t know when I would get back here. I would not have guessed that five years later I would call this market home permanently.
As for Tim Taylor, he moved to KGON a few years later, then was let go, but is still in the market. He actually lives not far from me, and I ran into him at the grocery store a little over a month ago.
