I’m not entirely sure why I recorded this, but it’s a good thing I did, as it’s the only aircheck I have of this station. Some stations just fit together, and this was one of them.

When 98.9 flipped from rock to country, it was done so incredibly abruptly, something I still can’t get over. A few months later, the station rebranded from Country 98.9 to 98.9 The Bull, where it remained until 2023. That was in late 2017, this clip was early January 2019.
